Social Media Is Destroying EA Sports After Someone Exposed Their Embarrassing Glitch In “College Football 25” (VIDEO)

Football fans are losing their minds after a hilarious clip of a glitch in the new EA Sports College Football 25 video game went viral.

The highly-anticipated EA Sports College Football 25 video game was released today. This is the first installment of NCAA football video game series since “NCAA Football 14” that was released 11 years ago.

But as avid users of EA Sports video games know, the company is never immune to ridiculous, albeit hilarious, glitches. And it didn’t take long for one such glitch from the new college football game to quickly go viral.

TikTok user @Manto4852 posted a hilarious glitch they encountered in the new video game. As it turns out, it’s possible for a player to defy gravity by floating and walking in the air:

And social media had a field day ripping on EA Sports’ new video game after this priceless glitch made its way around the internet:

The first edition of EA Sports College Football, titled “Bill Walsh College Football”, was released in 1994. The game was available on Sega CD, Genesis and the Super Nintendo Entertainment System.

After two years with Walsh’s name, the title was changed to “College Football USA” for the 1996 and ’97 editions. From 1999 to 2014, the title was switched to “NCAA Football” with its corresponding year.

EA Sports College Football 25 Is Selling Quickly

The video game manufacturing giant announced on Friday that 2.2 million unique players started playing EA Sports College Football 25 during the “Early Access” period, and that 600,000 more played via the early trial.

Considering how long fans have waited for a new installment, it wouldn’t be surprising if this year’s edition became the most sold copy yet. The last edition that was released in 2013 managed to sell over one million copies, so it bodes well for EA Sports that they already got 2.2 million unique players in the Early Access stage.
