Look, Nikki Glaser is very, very funny. Just watch her segment in the Roast of Tom Brady or some of her standup.
But having her come on Thursday Night Football with the postgame crew for some comic relief? It was cringey.
There were jokes about Ryan Fitzpatrick not being a star and Andrew Whitworth was “Men’s Wearhouse Shrek.” Or about how she looks like George Kittle.
She called Aaron Rodgers “Throw Rogan,” that was funny. But overall? Maybe we needed more laughs from the crew or a laugh track in general. Apparently, we’re getting more of this later this season:
