LSU head coach Brian Kelly found an unlikely opportunity to troll rival Lane Kiffin this week and took full advantage.
The Ole Miss HC recently went viral for criticizing Coca-Cola, having gone on a rant after spotting a bottle of the popular soda on his podium.
“Does anybody drink Coke?” he asked reporters, “130 percent of your sugar for the entire day is in this one bottle.”
He went on to reveal he hadn’t had a Coca-Cola in a “Long time.”
Kelly appeared in front of reporters on Wednesday and sang a very different tune. He praised the sponsors, claiming they provide everything one needs.
“Just a shout out to our sponsor, Coke,” he said as he took to the podium for his presser. “Smartwater, great Coke product. Minerals, vitamins, it’s just great for you. It’s refreshing, healthy. Coke provides you all the products that you need, depending on what you like.
