Haley Kalil’s attorney has spoken out after her ex-husband, former NFL star Matt Kalil, filed a lawsuit over comments she allegedly made about her manhood.
The former couple were married for seven years before deciding to call it quits in 2022. At the time, Haley filed for a divorce and cited ‘irreconcilable differences’.
While Matt has since moved on with Keilani Asmus, whom he married in 2024 and now shares a child with, his previous marriage was brought into the spotlight after Haley opened up about some of the alleged reasons why the pair split in a recent interview.
She claimed there were problems in the bedroom due to his genital size.
Haley typed something out on her phone while discussing the break-up with Marlon Garcia, before flopping her arm on the desk to imitate his manhood.

“Deada**… for our whole marriage, deada**,” she said. “But I was going to try it all. We tried it all: therapist, doctors. Not even lying… Looked up lipo-type s**t…
“That’s why it’s kinda funny. It’s like my life is a comedy, and it kinda writes itself. That was the biggest factor… Love him, but he’s my homie. We’ve tried, impossible unless you’re going to be in tears type s**t.”
Haley then expanded on her comments, claiming Matt’s size was ‘like two Coke cans on top of each other, maybe even a third’.
Matt has since filed a lawsuit following the comments made by his ex-wife, claiming the interview gave him ‘unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public’ and that his family ‘have been forced to endure the ongoing public circulation of these degrading and deeply personal statements’.
The lawsuit is seeking $75,000 in damages, with Matt requesting a jury trial and damages on all causes asserted in the claim.
Matthew Bialick, Haley’s attorney, has since spoken out and has dubbed Matt’s lawsuit as ‘legally unsupported’.
“The claims seek to dramatically expand existing law and establish damaging new precedent by imposing liability on a woman for merely speaking openly and truthfully about a prior relationship,” Haley’s attorney told People in a statement.
“That raises serious First Amendment concerns, especially in a case involving two public figures.”

After news of the lawsuit came to light, Haley told TMZ Sports: “Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he is choosing to subject us and our families to this ordeal.”
