Taylor Swift and former Cincinnati Bearcats tight end Travis Kelce were on hand at Kansas City’s Arrowhead Stadium for the Bearcats’ season opener against Nebraska.
This was the first time the couple had been seen in public since they announced their engagement to the world.
In a heartwarming Instagram post, Taylor wrote, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married🧨”.
As soon as it was announced, many fans wanted to know how expensive her ring was.
The engagement ring was crafted by prominent New York-based jewelry designer Kindred Lubeck of Artifex Fine Jewelry. Vintage jewelry expert and gemologist Benjamin Khordipour estimated the ring’s value at $550,000.
“We estimate the price of her ring to be $550,000,” Khordipour said.
Taylor Swift had that ring on during the game on Thursday.
At one point, the pop star went to take a sip of her drink and accidentally blinded millions of people at home when she flashed her diamond to the camera.
