Best believe Taylor Swift’s ring finger is bejeweled.
Amid the news of her engagement to Travis Kelce, the Grammy winner showed off her stunning sparkler in her announcement on Instagram Aug. 26.
As for the ring that’s making her finger shimmer? Travis, 35, opted for an Old Mind Brilliant Cut by Kindred Lubeck of Artifex Fine Jewelry.
The ring—made by the jewelry designer who specializes in hand-engraved jewelry made with natural gemstones—also features a sleek yellow gold band that holds the single elongated diamond in place in the center, with two smaller diamonds on each side.
Taylor, 35, put the ring on full display as she shared the news of her engagement with the world, two years after confirming her romance with No. 87.
Alongside a series of pics from the proposal, Taylor wrote on Instagram, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.”
Amid the photo set were pics of Travis bringing the lyrics to “Love Story” to life as he got down on one knee in a sea of florals and a final shot of the couple affectionately hugging on a chair swing.
Travis and Taylor’s love story has been etched in bling from day one. Over the course of their relationship, the “Look What You Made Me Do” singer has put her “TNT” tennis bracelet on display. The bling—recently wore by Taylor in June during an outing with bestie Selena Gomez—is a call back to her iconic friendship bracelet with her and Travis’ initials.
And when it comes to the friendship bracelet that started it all, Taylor recently reflected on how she reacted to finding out Travis attempted to use the gift as a way to break the ice.
“It was such a wild romantic gesture to just be like, ‘I wanna date you,” Taylor reflected on the New Heights podcast earlier this month, joking that, at first, she felt like “this dude didn’t get a meet and greet and he’s making it everyone’s problem.”
“This kind of felt more like I was in an ’80s John Hughes movie,” she added, “and he was standing outside my window with a boom box like, ‘I wanna date you, do you wanna go on a date with me? I made you a friendship bracelet.’”
