Kirk Cousins had social media singing his praises during his appearance on ESPN on Saturday.
The Atlanta Falcons quarterback joined the network for its pregame show ahead of the Texans-Chiefs game and was asked for his take on the Lions, who are scheduled to host the Commanders in the second game of the day.
Cousins suggested that Detroit would need to have a great game, given the injuries they have on defense. He pointed out that, while they have been able to win despite the personnel loss, margins will be thin against rookie sensation Jayden Daniels.
Check him out in the video below:

Fans Want Kirk Cousins To Transition To Broadcasting
NFL fans felt Kirk Cousins’ delivery was excellent and demanded to see him in the booth more often.
“Kids a natural. More kirko on the broadcast,” one wrote.
“He’s perfect on that seat, no reason for him to be on the field😭,” another claimed.
“Give Kirk a permanent announcing job after he retires,” someone else instructed.
Still, a handful of users claimed the QB had no right to discuss playoff football because of his postseason failures.
