Fans couldn’t help but troll Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce after he found himself on the receiving end of a Taylor Swift roast during the latest episode of “Jeopardy!” During the Wednesday episode of the game show, one question read, “Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity? is hosted by this man who’s maybe more famous as a BF than a 3-time Super Bowl champ.”
Of course, as NFL fans and Swifties would know, the answer is Travis Kelce. The Chiefs tight end and the pop star have been dating since 2023, but while Kelce is popular himself, his fanbase pales in comparison to Swift’s.
Sure enough, the lighthearted jab at Travis Kelce quickly went viral, with several news outlets and entertainment sites sharing clips and reports of the rather funny moment.

That said, fans also joined in the fun and poked fun at the Chiefs superstar. “Jeopardy with some Travis Kelce shade tonight,” a social media user shared.
Another one said, “TRAVIS KELCE TROLLED ON JEOPARDY! A contestant couldn’t resist taking a playful jab at Kelce’s high-profile relationship with Taylor Swift during the show, leaving fans and viewers laughing.
The NFL star’s dating life even making it to Jeopardy! proves it’s truly a hot topic!” “They got him good!” a fan commented on the New York Post’s video of the moment. A social media user added, “Jeopardy is trolling celebrities. Awesome.”
“They’re not wrong,” a commenter further stated. A sixth fan said, “Y’all must hate the chiefs so much.”
For what it’s worth, it’s not the first time this week that Kelce got some Swift roasting. During his interview with Scott Van Pelt after their Week 9 Monday Night Football game, the veteran reporter compared Kelce’s work to Swift’s.
“You work late, but not like your girl,” Van Pelt jokingly said. “She works for, like, three-hour shows. You put in a long night of work.” At this point, Kelce is probably used to the Swift jokes already.
