REPORT: Bud Light Signs NFL Star Quarterback & Surprise 2024 MVP Candidate To Huge Endorsement Deal, Reveal The Announcement Via Hilarious Promo Video

Baker Mayfield has played at an MVP level in 2024, outplaying two-time MVP Patrick Mahomes in the process and now he is being recognized by Bud Light.

Although Baker Mayfield has played six games this season compared to Patrick Mahomes’ five, the resurgence that he has had in his career over the past two years cannot be ignored.

It has certainly not been ignored by Bud Light.

The world’s biggest light beer officially signed the Tampa Bay Bucs star quarterback to an endorsement six weeks into the 2024 NFL regular season.

Bud Light announced the Mayfield signing on Thursday morning.

The 2018 No. 1 overall pick by the Browns, who led the Buccaneers to the playoffs last year, has had a remarkable resurgence with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and he has the franchise looking like a contender again.

After signing a big three-year contract extension with Tampa Bay earlier this season, Baker Mayfield has completed 70.9% of his passes while throwing for 1,489 passing yards, and his 15 touchdown passes lead the NFL.

In the most bizarre game of the season, Mayfield threw for 325 yards, four touchdowns, and three interceptions on 36 attempts against the New Orleans Saints that resulted in a 51-27 win.

Bud Light Is Hoping Baker Mayfield Can Take The Tampa Bay Bucs Far

Baker Mayfield is second in the league with a 109.4 passer rating. So far, he has completed 134 of 189 passes (70.9%) for 1,489 passing yards.

The Tampa Bay Bucs are tied for first place in the NFL South with a 4-2 record.

Baker is already coming off a year in which he led the team to the postseason and delivered a victory against the Philadelphia Eagles in the Wild Card round.

They lost a one-score game to the Detroit Lions in the next round, but there was promise there for the future.

It makes you wonder how far Baker Mayfield can take this team, which is why Bud Light is attaching their name to him in hopes that he soars.
