Shedeur Sanders didn’t want any parts of Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi after leading Colorado to a win over Colorado State for the second time in as many years on Saturday night.
The Buffaloes completely dominated the Rams in a bounce-back win to take their record to 2-1 in their first three games following a devastating loss to Nebraska last weekend.
While they haven’t started this season as strongly as the last, the Buffs are tipped to have a better finish this time around, though concerns over their linemen remain.
Saturday’s outing was much improved, as they ran out to a convincing 28-9 victory. Shedeur had another impressive performance, throwing for 310 yards, four touchdowns, and zero interceptions on 36-49 passing.
Fowler-Nicolisi offered him a hand after the contest, but he refused it. Instead, he chose to remind his opposite number of the “s**t” he was talking on Instagram, telling him, “you can’t f**k with me” while he walked away, with mics picking it up.
