“Sneaky racist”: Dave Portnoy rips Travis Kelce’s outfit at Chiefs’ season-opener vs Ravens

Travis Kelce often makes headlines for his outfits, whether it’s a date night with Taylor Swift or a Chiefs game day. While some are fans of Kelce’s choices, the tight end’s fashion statements don’t always land well with many. Dave Portnoy, for one, was critical of Kelce’s fashion sense recently.

In the last episode of his BFF podcast, Portnoy took a dig at Kelce’s outfit at Kansas City Chiefs‘ season-opener game against the Baltimore Ravens.

Portnoy said that the tight end looked like a movie character. Before talking about his outfit for the game, Portnoy had ripped Kelce for his choice of clothes at the US Open.

“I didn’t like any of the style. I love Taylor. I didn’t love this fit, I don’t know why. Travis’ got crazy style. He looked like he was at October Fest at the US Open,” Portnoy said. (16:05).

Moving forward in the podcast, Portnoy compared Kelce with a cop character from a movie, who looked like a racist. Talking about the same, he said:

“He looked like he was in a cop movie playing a cop is what it kind of looked like. That’s how. Like the head detective or something who is like a sneaky racist. That’s what he looked like.”
