Savannah, Hoda and Jenna are at the US Open for ‘Taylor’ — Taylor Fritz, of course

Taylor Swift made a surprise appearance with boyfriend Travis Kelce at the U.S. Open men’s championship game.

The women of TODAY are on Team Taylor Swift — er, Taylor Fritz — at the U.S. Open men’s championship.

TODAY’s Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager were in the stands at Arthur Ashe Stadium in New York on Sept. 8, to cheer for tennis star Fritz during his battle against Italy’s Jannik Sinner.

However, the final match of the U.S. Open brought out another star: Taylor Swift.

In a video on Instagram, Savannah showed Swift and her beau, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, in the crowd. The clip then panned over to her, Hoda and Jenna, who were all there for “Taylor.”

“We’re with Taylor,” Savannah said, pausing before adding, “Fritz. Taylor Fritz, the player.”

Savannah and Hoda were then seen giggling and pointing at the court to Fritz, as opposed to Swift in the stands.

“Rooting for Taylor obviously,” the TODAY anchor captioned the post.

This isn’t Savannah’s first appearance at the U.S. Open this year, though.

In another Instagram video with a series of photos shared Sept. 7, Savannah filmed herself enjoying the matches with her husband, Michael Feldman, as well as Jenna and Jenna’s husband, Henry Hager.

As for the championship match, Fritz ultimately lost to Sinner Sunday afternoon. Should he have beat the No. 1 player, Fritz would have become the first American man since 2003 to win the U.S. Open title. He was the first American man to make the final since 2006.

As for Swift and Kelce, they drew plenty of eyes Sunday afternoon when they arrived to the game in matching red and white outfits.

The “Anti-Hero” singer sported a gingham dress, black sunglasses and her classic red lip. Meanwhile, Kelce wore a white shirt, cream-colored cardigan and a striped bucket hat. The pair was also joined by Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and wife Brittany Mahomes to watch the match.
