Just because former Michigan football assistant Connor Stallions was blackballed from college football doesn’t mean he’s done with the sport. He’s taken his knowledge of the game to the high school level, coaching the Mumford Mustangs of Detroit, MI.
However, it certainly hasn’t been a very successful start, and part of that can be seen in this recent video posted on social media. It centers around Stallions unloading on a referee.

The altercation stems from Stallion’s team turning the ball over on downs even though he thought it was only third down.
Of course, if that’s true, there is no reason for Stallions to unload on the refs like this, considering the mistake is likely coming from his end.
However, that wasn’t the only mistake Stallions and his team made on Friday. The Mustangs were utterly routed by the Hamady Hawks, losing the game 60-0.
Somehow, this loss was even worse than the team’s game on Aug. 29, when they lost 47-6 against the Thurston Eagles of Redford, MI.
That now brings Stallion’s team to a 0-2 record with a 6-107 scoring differential. Soon, he could even be on the outs for high school football.

Last year, the Stallions and the Michigan Wolverines made headlines for major sign-stealing allegations that ruined their reputation.
Of course, despite these accusations, Michigan would go on to win the National Championship but also make many skeptical of how they got there.
Netflix then dropped a documentary titled ‘Untold: Sign Stealer,’ which heavily featured Stallions. Throughout the show, he continuously claims his innocence and denies breaking any NCAA rules.
