Taylor Swift expected to be at Chiefs-Ravens game: report

The 2024 NFL regular season begins tonight with a rematch of last season’s AFC Championship Game between the Baltimore Ravens and the defending Super Bowl champs, the Kansas City Chiefs.

All eyes now turn to GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, either on the field for the game or in a press box, to see if Taylor Swift returns to support her boyfriend, Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce.

There is some uncertainty at the moment regarding whether Swift will attend tonight’s season opener and support Kelce and the rest of the Chiefs football organization. As there has yet to be confirmation on her attendance at the moment.

However, according to Dianna Russini, Senior NFL Insider for The Athletic, it’s believed that the Chiefs organization and its security team are expecting the arrival of the 14-time Grammy winner.

Swift’s presence at Chiefs games did wonders for the team’s fan base and the NFL as a whole. This opened up a whole new demographic of female fans to the sport, specifically young female fans, as millions of Swifties followed suit in cheating Kansas City to another Super Bowl win.

Everyone who has spoken publicly about the pop singer within the Chiefs organization believes that Swift has had nothing but a positive impact on the culture in the building. From Chiefs coach Andy Reid all the way up to Chiefs chairman and CEO Clark Hunt stating that he was “excited” by the Kelce-Swift relationship.

Taylor Swift attended a total of 13 games in 2023. Will she make tonight’s season opener number 14?

The Kansas City Chiefs host the Baltimore Ravens tonight. Kickoff is at 8:20 ET. The game will be live on both NBC and their streaming service Peacock.
