Channing Tatum showered praise on his ‘normal and sweet’ friend Taylor Swift, who makes him ‘homemade pop tarts.’
The 44-year-old Hollywood heartthrob and his fiancée Zoe Kravitz are personal pals with Taylor and were even seen visiting her apartment building in May of last year.
They were among the celebrities who were spotted hobnobbing with Taylor last August at Jack Antonoff and Margaret Qualley’s wedding.
Now Channing has finally lifted the curtain on his heartwarming private equation with the international music superstar.
‘I mean, I kinda know her a little personally, and she’s really kinda just normal and sweet,’ he said on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. ‘I mean she’ll make you like a dinner and like whip it up no problem, like homemade pop tarts.’

To Jimmy’s amazement, Channing revealed Taylor serves her pop tarts ‘warm’ and ‘hot,’ leaving him to ask her: ‘Did you just make these? How are these warm?’
He contrasted her lowkey private habits with her tour-de-force onstage persona, which he saw last year with his 11-year-old daughter Everly.
Channing, who shares Everly with his ex-wife Jenna Dewan, took his little girl to a concert on Taylor’s barnstorming Eras Tour last August.
‘I was a fan of the music, ‘cause I’ve listened to her forever, but I did not know that she was such an unstoppable force,’ he marveled.
‘And then you get to see her go onstage for like three-plus hour show, and just – I challenge any triathlete that’s a champion to go and do what she’s doing onstage,’ Channing rhapsodized. ‘I was a fan-fan afterwards.’
He quipped that he had to ‘try so hard’ to stick with ‘above the waist’ dance moves at the show because his young daughter was watching him.
His instinct was to dance like the stripper he played in Magic Mike, but in view of the circumstances, he had to restrain himself.
Channing and Zoe were among the celebrity guests last August when Taylor’s collaborator Jack Antonoff married Andie MacDowell’s daughter Margaret Qualley.

The movie is a period comedy about a team who film a fake moon landing in case Neil Armstrong’s real moon mission fails.
During his latest talk-show appearance, Channing also spared a few warm words for his ‘annoyingly cool’ fiancée Zoe, whose parents are Lenny Kravitz and Lisa Bonet.
Zoe and Channing were together for two years before getting engaged, cultivating their romance while she directed him in her upcoming film Blink Twice.

Channing plays a predatory tech tycoon, with Naomi Ackie as the cocktail waitress he spirits off to the private island he keeps as a den of iniquity.
In a far cry from his character, Channing turned out to be a reliable figure of support for Zoe as she directed her feature film, which was originally called P***y Island.
‘Whether it was making me tea or pouring me a drink or going to whip someone into shape or whatever – he really was my protector and it was really wonderful and sweet,,’ she told GQ. ‘I think if you can do something like that together, it’s a good test. And we came out even stronger.’
She waxed rhapsodic about Channing’s qualities, hailing him as a ‘wonderful human. He makes me laugh and we both really love art and talking about art and the exploration of why we do what we do. We love to watch a film and break it down and talk about it and challenge each other.’
