The NFL captured the moment between Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes, his wife Brittany Mahomes and their three kids.
Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs had to play football on a holiday. They even had to travel away from home, as they visited the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium for a highly anticipated Thanksgiving showdown.
Despite the trip, however, it didn’t stop Mahomes from being with his family. In fact, Mahomes was with his wife, Brittany Mahomes, and their three kids, Sterling Skye, Bronze and Golden Raye in Dallas.
The family was complete at the Cowboys’ stadium and even shared a moment before Mahomes and the Chiefs took on Dak Prescott and Dallas on their home turf. The NFL caught their pregame interaction, showing Mahomes kissing his wife and kids.
“So much to be thankful for,” the NFL wrote.
Mahomes is from Tyler Texas and attended Texas Tech University. That being said, the game in Dallas was some sort of homecoming for him.
It’s also an opportunity for his wife and kids to spend more time in the place where he grew up, so it’s not a surprise that they decided to join the Chiefs quarterback on the trip.
Mahomes and Kansas City could also use more supporters in enemy territory, especially since the Chiefs are fighting for a spot in the playoffs. At 6-5 entering the contest, Mahomes and company are still on the outside looking in for a postseason berth.
Patrick Mahomes’ Wife and Kids
Mahomes and his wife have been together since high school, and they had their first child, Sterling Skye, in 2021. They got engaged in 2020 and tied the knot in 2022.
The couple welcomed their second child, Bronze, in 2022 and their third child, Golden Raye, early this 2025.
It’s clear from the NFL’s video how much Mahomes is enjoying being a father of three. He also said as much in a press conference last January, just days after his third kid was born, expressing how happy they are to be a family of five.
“It’s been cool to welcome another baby girl to the family and see how my other kids reacted to her, and have a baby sister and stuff like that,” Mahomes shared, per ABC News. “So it’s been a lot of fun.”
