What is happening to Andy Reid and the Kansas City Chiefs?
The Chiefs are in unfamiliar territory with their first 0-2 record in 11 years.
The Chiefs haven’t started 0-2 in the Patrick Mahomes era and the franchise has not started a season 0-2 since 2014, which was the second season fo Reid as head coach.
Teams that start 0-2 have a significantly tougher journey of making the playoffs, let alone a Super Bowl. However, this is the Chiefs, and they still have Patrick Mahomes.
What makes the start even crazier is that the Chiefs seemed to have two head coaches on the team.
Social media noticed during their game against the Eagles.
“Did anyone notice that the Chiefs have TWO Andy Reids, or are we gonna ignore that?” one user said.
“They couldn’t beat us with 2 Andy Reids,” a second person wrote.
“THERES TWO ANDY REIDS!?” a third person asked.
Two Reids couldn’t stop the Eagles, nor the trash-talking of Jalen Hurts on this day.
Andy Reid Speaks Out Amid 0-2 Start

The Kansas City Chiefs, who caught backlash for rocking Rashee Rice shirts, dropped their regular-season home opener on Sunday, recording a 20-17 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.
The fans inside GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium couldn’t believe their team had started the year 0-2.
Head coach Andy Reid took full responsibility for the loss with his play-calling.
“Keep playing hard,” Reid said. “I’ll take this one; you keep playing hard. Stick together, play hard.”
When it came to who was to blame, Reid made it clear: “I’ll take full responsibility for that game. Probably stayed too aggressive on that, and that’s my responsibility,” Reid said.
Kansas City will continue to search for its first win next week on “Sunday Night Football” when it faces the New York Giants.
