Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin, Tyler Robinson, is expected to be accused of aggravated murder among other state charges, according to a probable cause affidavit released Friday.
The 22-year-old suspect from Washington, Utah, will also face charges of felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury and obstruction of justice, the affidavit seen by NBC News states.
All of the offenses are state charges.
Officials believe Robinson, who was named Friday as the suspect in the conservative influencer’s assassination, acted alone, Utah Gov. Spencer Cox told a morning news conference.

“We do not at this time have any information that would lead to any additional arrests,” he said.
