Week 1 of the 2025 NFL season concluded with an NFC North showdown between the Chicago Bears and Minnesota Vikings.
It was a game that featured quarterbacks Caleb Williams, who received backlash for his National Anthem behavior, and JJ McCarthy, who became the subject of trade rumors this offseason.
No one knew what to expect, but many cared to see that the game may have been rigged.
A social media user is calling out the NFL for rigging the game as he replayed a shocking moment when Vikings star linebacker Jonathan Greenard rushed Bears quarterback Caleb Williams and clearly had him dead to rights.
Unfortunately, he would shockingly fall over for no reason at all.
“NFL is rigged, this is so insanely blatant it’s insane. This isn’t the refs, it’s the player,” a post online stated.
It Was A Tale of Two Halves Between The Bears And Vikings

The Minnesota Vikings authored an incredible comeback to knock over the Bears in their season opener.
It was a tale of two halves for Chicago, which led 17-6 at the midway point of the game.
Caleb Williams didn’t exactly set him up to be ranked among the elite players in the NFL. The first half started out great for Williams, who led a 10-play drive that ended with a touchdown. He finished the half, completing 13 of 16 passes for 112 yards.
Williams ended the night completing 21 of 35 passes for 210 yards and one touchdown, and added another 58 yards and a score.
On the other side, Vikings star QB JJ McCarthy started terribly for three quarters before he finally turned it on.
The Vikings’ quarterback finished just 13-of-20 passing for 143 yards, but his two big-time touchdown passes and a rushing one in the final frame led his team to victory.
