NFL Fans Are Losing Their Minds Over Caleb Williams’ Ridiculous New Diet That Has So Many Restrictions He May Actually Have To Starve Himself

Caleb Williams is taking his obsession with Tom Brady to an insane level ahead of his rookie season with the Chicago Bears.

The former USC quarterback was the first overall pick in this year’s NFL Draft and will hope to set the world alight in his first pro season. He has the perfect role model, as it doesn’t get any better than TB12 when it comes to the quarterback position.

According to ESPN, Williams has copied several things from the seven-time Super Bowl champion, including his diet.

“For his part, Williams has adopted several of Brady’s processes. He started doing Brady’s TB12 diet before training camp. The strict regimen follows a mostly plant-based diet which eliminates things like sugar, refined carbohydrates and caffeine with the goal of reducing inflammation,” The Worldwide Leader in Sports notes.

Should Caleb stick to the program, he will go a while without consuming alcohol, dairy products, packaged snacks or fruit, coffee, energy drinks, wheat, white sugar, and table salt, among many other foods.

Here’s what some fans had to say about the decision by Williams:

Caleb Williams Spent Time With Tom Brady Earlier This Year

Caleb Williams was one of several rookies who had breakfast with Brady at an event in Los Angeles back in May. The former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers star dropped lots of knowledge on the novel class of NFL players, though he didn’t have to say much to make an impression on Williams.

“He kept harping on competitive stamina,” the rookie sold ESPN. “He kept harping on being around your guys, understanding them, that relationship. And then, I mean, it’s hard. The job is hard. That’s what he said.

“It’s tough to go out there and win games. Doing the best you can in the film room, with your diet and all the other things that you can control, go out there and handle those things, it gives your chances of winning games and doing what you want to do, it gives you the best chances.”

Williams and Brady have stayed in touch.

Meanwhile, the 2022 Heisman winner is preparing to make his Bears debut against the Buffalo Bills this Saturday in what’s likely the most highly anticipated pre-season fixture of 2024.
