Philadelphia Eagles Fan Shares Disturbing Story Of Bloody Attacked By Three Dallas Cowboys Fans For Wearing LeSean McCoy Jersey

A Philadelphia Eagles fan claimed that they were attacked by three Dallas Cowboys supporters after being spotted in a LeSean McCoy jersey.

Reddit user msplatero posted that they were walking home alone after playing a game of pool, wearing an old LeSean McCoy Philadelphia Eagles jersey. The fan claims that three Cowboys fans jumped them “for no reason,” though the Philly supporter says they were able to hold off the attackers.

The fan said they even had to use the McCoy jersey to stop the bleeding, posting a photo of the aftermath:

Dallas and Philadelphia have one of the oldest and most heated rivalries in the NFL, but there’s never an excuse for violence among fans. Unfortunately, it’s not uncommon for people to get into fights simply because they disagree with the choice of teams.

Thankfully, this Philadelphia Eagles fan appears to have avoided serious injuries. Good on them for holding their ground in a one-on-three disadvantage.

The two-time Super Bowl-winning running back spent his first six NFL seasons with the Eagles (2009 to 2014), emerging as one of the greatest players in franchise history.

McCoy rushed for over 1,000 yards as an Eagle four times, including a league-best 1,607 in 2013. His 6,792 rushing yards are the most in Philadelphia Eagles history, narrowly ahead of Wilbert Montgomery’s 6,538.
