Police Reportedly Called To Scene After Green Bay Packers Pro Bowler Involved In Nasty Strip Club Dispute

Green Bay Packers Pro Bowl offensive lineman Elgton Jenkins was reportedly involved in a dispute at a strip club earlier this month that necessitated intervention by police.

According to TMZ, the former second-round pick, who signed a $68 million deal with the team three years ago, got into it with some of the staff at King of Diamonds in Atlanta after hitting the joint with a group of friends.

It’s understood that they wanted their money back after realizing that the establishment wasn’t as action-packed as advertised, having arrived around 11:30 p.m. on May 1.

“Jenkins and his crew had paid to get into the spot — but when it wasn’t as lively as they had been told it was, they asked for a refund,” TMZ reports.

The outlet added that, “A spat ensued — as there was apparently some difficulty in returning the money back to the footballer.”

The incident involving Elgton Jenkins brought police to the scene, with TMZ obtaining footage showing officers calming the situation down.

The club eventually gave the player his money back, and the police left without arresting anyone.

Jenkins, a two-time Pro Bowler, is considered one of the best interior linemen in the NFL. He has played in 87 games for Green Bay.
