Randy Moss’ Youngest Son, Montigo, Lands Massive Opportunity With “Storybook” NFL Team

Randy Moss’ youngest son is set to get an opportunity with his father’s old team, although he went undrafted this year.

A wide receiver like Pops, Montigo Moss has accepted an invitation to join the Minnesota Vikings for rookie minicamp.

That is according to his agency, Believe Sports Group.

The 6ft 1in pass catcher attended Fork Union Military Academy in Virginia and spent the last four years with FCS program Maine. He had a remarkable season in 2024, the best of his career, registering 61 catches for 722 yards and seven touchdowns.

But he will take heart from the fact that one of the best receivers in Vikings history, Adam Thielen, started out as a tryout candidate.

Randy Moss, meanwhile, was picked by the Vikings at No. 21 overall in 1998 and was the Rookie of the Year. He got five Pro Bowls and three first-team All-Pro selections in Minnesota. The former WR made a brief return to the team after stints with the Oakland Raiders and the New England Patriots.

He ranks second in league history in receiving touchdowns and fourth in receiving yards.

Should his son go on to land a deal with the Vikings, it would truly be a fairytale affair, given his history with the team.

We wish him luck!
