Savannah Guthrie runs into a familiar face on family vacation: Hoda Kotb!

Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb recently had a reunion in the sun!

Hoda, who has been enjoying extra time with her daughters Haley and Hope since stepping away from TODAY, traveled to Palm Beach, Florida, this week for a vacation with her family. While in the coastal town, she bumped into her former colleague and current TODAY co-anchor, Savannah Guthrie.

Savannah also decided to book a getaway to Palm Beach with her family and on Tuesday, Feb. 18, she posted an Instagram photo as she reunited with Hoda. “Oh and a bonus @hodakotb sighting for a little extra (sunshine),” Savannah captioned the picture and added a sun emoji.

Fans celebrated seeing the two together again.

“Omg yessss favorite ladies,” one said.

Another commented, “When I saw you both on a vacation very close I knew this would be a fun get together!!! Enjoy!!!!!”

Savannah had previously posted a slideshow of her, husband Michael Feldman and their two children — 10-year-old daughter Vale and 8-year-old son Charley — enjoying some dips in the pool, bike rides and building sandcastles on the beach.

Beside the carousel of vacation snaps, she sweetly wrote, “Turns out all they needed was more sunshine, more pink, more bingo, more pink, more warmth, more pink drinks, more time more together.”

Hoda shared family photos on her page, too. “Nothing like family @jennifermillerjewelry marky!” She captioned a picture uploaded Feb. 17 that included her two daughters.

In another post shared later that day, Hoda said that she took Haley and Hope fishing.

“Wait… whaaaattt— each of my girls caught a fish today!!” she cheered in the caption. “#wow threw em back — but what a thrill!” The post included videos and photos of the proud mom next to Haley and Hope as they held their fishing rods and later reeled in a fish.

Hoda and Savannah’s separate trips to Palm Beach came about a month after Hoda’s last day at TODAY after 17 years on the show and 26 years working for NBC News.
