Pittsburgh Steelers third-round rookie wide receiver Roman Wilson gave everybody a serious scare after suffering an ankle injury on Tuesday.
It would appear that Wilson suffered a more serious injury after he had to be carted off the field.
The rookie wideout suffered the injury after getting tackled on a jet sweep and had to be carted back to the team’s facilities.
Prayers up: #Steelers rookie standout WR Roman Wilson was carted off to the facilities, after apparently getting injured on a jet sweep in practice.
Hopefully it is just something minor 🙏

“It was unfortunate we had an injury today, man,” head coach Mike Tomlin told reporters. “Roman hurt his ankle on the tackle, and so we’ll have more information regarding the length of his status in terms of how long he might be out.”
