It had fans thinking that George Bush might have taken an edible before he arrived at the Capitol Rotunda.

Former President Barack Obama and former President George W. Bush had quite the time during President Donald Trump’s inauguration.
After leaving the Capitol Rotunda on Monday, Obama was asked if Bush behaved as Trump was sworn into office.
“Just barely,” the former president told Washington Post reporter Emily Davies.
