The Philadelphia Eagles fan who has gained notoriety for his bad behavior and foul-mouthed rant aimed at a Green Bay Packers fan is really wishing he was on his best behavior that day.
Alex Basara and his fiancée, Ally Keller, just wanted to watch Sunday’s wild-card showdown between Philadelphia and Green Bay. Unfortunately, one opposing fan wasn’t having it.
The fan, who was identified as Ryan Caldwell, was seen in the viral video getting into the face of a female Green Bay Packers fan and calling her a “dumb c—” while her fiancé recorded the situation.
Social media found him and the place where he works.
BCT Partners, which is based in East Brunswick, N.J., announced that Caldwell was being fired in a statement Tuesday night. The company said it had concluded its internal investigation and “decided to part company with the employee.”
They did not state him by his name in the statement, but it is obvious they were talking about the Eagles fan.
BCT Partners condemned Caldwell’s actions “without condemning the individual.”
“In keeping with our company values, which are firmly centered on respect, dignity, and inclusion, we have decided to part company with the employee. This separation is effective immediately,” the statement from the company read. “We condemn our former employee’s conduct in the strongest possible terms. This individual’s conduct and language were vile, disgusting, unacceptable, and horrific and have no place in our workplace and society. Such conduct is not who we are and not what we stand for.
“At the same time, again, to be true to our values, we can condemn the actions without condemning the individual. None of us deserve to be remembered for actions taken on our worst day. We have offered grace and support to our former employee.”

A Philadelphia Eagles fan has been fired from his job after a viral video showed him launching vile attacks at a female Green Bay Packers fan during a playoff game in Philadelphia on Sunday.
At one point, he called Packers supporter Ally Keller an “ugly dumb cunt.”
Before he was fired, the team made sure he would never enjoy action at Lincoln Financial Field again.
He was banned for life.
