Jayden Daniels got a rude welcome in his first playoff game and needed to be patched up after the regrettable encounter.
The Washington Commanders rookie is looking for a first postseason win at the first time of asking against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers but found out that the NFL is a different beast once the regular season is over.
He would find himself on the end of a hefty tackle that sent him flying before he slammed into the ground during the second quarter.

The play left Daniels worse for wear as he sustained a cut to his face.

Cameras showed the 2023 Heisman with blood streaming down his cheek before he wiped it off.

Daniels eventually received medical attention of sorts and was shown with an adhesive bandage on the cut sometime after.
He won’t mind too much as long as Washington gets the win.
