Tyreek Hill Unleashes Interesting Message To Dolphins Fans On “X” Immediately After Telling Reporters He’s Requesting A Trade

Tyreek Hill wasted little time addressing Miami Dolphins fans after telling reporters that he’s requesting a trade.

After the Dolphins fell 32-20 to the New York Jets in Week 18 (the 8-9 finish marks their first losing season since 2019) Tyreek Hill stated that he wants out of Miami. In August, he signed a reworked three-year deal worth $90 million:

“This is my first time I haven’t been in the playoffs, man. So I just got to do what’s best for me and my family. If that’s here or wherever the case may be, I’m finna open that door for myself. I’m opening the door. I’m out bro. It was great playing here, but at the end of the day I gotta do what’s best for my career because I’m too much of a competitor to be just out there.”

Not long after, Hill took to X/Twitter to thank Dolphins fans and concluded the message with “respect and love.”

Tyreek Hill’s 2024 season concludes with 17 receptions for 959 yards and six touchdowns, a far drop from his 2023 stat line (119 catches, 1,799 yards and 13 touchdowns). This marks the first time where Hill finished with under 1,000 receiving yards since 2019, when he posted 860 in 12 games.

Tyreek Hill Would Draw Plenty Of Interest On Trade Market

It’s unfair to blame Hill for his drop in production this year. He didn’t have starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa for six games, and head coach Mike McDaniel oughta take some criticism for failing to scheme up the plays to get the ball to Hill.

So if Hill hits the trade market, there won’t be a shortage of teams interested in his services. And the Dolphins would get a real nice return for the future Hall of Famer.
