Frigid temperatures were expected at Lambeau Field for Sunday’s game between the resident Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears.
The teams share a pretty cold rivalry, so it was only fitting that the weather matched the feeling for the final game of the regular season.
But it got so cold that one fan’s bottle of water literally froze as soon as he opened it.

Green Bay Packers Fans Were Expecting Extremely Cold Weather On Sunday
The National Weather Service noted that the temperature at kickoff would be around 17, although wind chills would make it feel around 7.
Of course, Sunday’s temperatures aren’t among the coldest it’s been at Lambeau Field. It was -13 when the Ice Bowl kicked off in 1967. Wind chills were at an incredibly cold -48.
As for the game, the Bears were leading 14-10 midway through the second quarter at the time of writing.
