The Cleveland Browns have fired offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey.
Kevin Stefanski’s team was beaten 35-10 by the Baltimore Ravens on Saturday night in the final game of their season.
The Browns finished 3-14, their worst record since 2017, with the offense, hampered by rotating quarterbacks and another season-ending injury to running back Nick Chubb, mustered only an NFL-low 15.2 points per game.
The team has also fired offensive line coach Andy Dickerson. Both Dorsey and Dickerson had just completed their first seasons in Cleveland.
A former Browns quarterback, Dorsey arrived in Cleveland after one-and-a-half seasons as the offensive coordinator of the Buffalo Bills.
He did not impress in Buffalo either, and was fired in November 2023 after an uninspiring Bills offense led the team to a 5-5 start.

Cleveland will finish last in the NFL in scoring with 258 points – fewer than half the points scored by the Detroit Lions and Baltimore Ravens.
Head coach Stefanski, who has a 40-44 record in five seasons with the Browns, is expected to be retained, NFL Network reported.
The Browns have had to do without franchise quarterback Deshaun Watson for the majority of this season.
He played in only seven games before suffering a ruptured Achilles tendon and has been limited to just 19 games in three seasons in Cleveland because of an NFL suspension and injuries.
Watson signed a five-year, $230million fully guaranteed contract in 2022.
Veteran Jameis Winston and second-year quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson took over at the position, with Bailey Zappe making his first start of the season in the loss on Saturday.
The Browns have been a major disappointment after making it to the playoffs a year ago behind Joe Flacco.
Last month, defensive star Myles Garrett caused a stir by saying he did not want to be part of a rebuild in Cleveland.
Garrett also made it clear he wanted to know the team’s offseason plans, including what the Browns intended to do at quarterback.

Garrett said he had ‘a few’ discussions with the team’s front office following his surprising comments.
The reigning Defensive Player of the Year didn’t reveal any specifics of the talks.
‘They just wanted to see where my head was at and what I was thinking and just trying to keep things in house, in house,’ said Garrett.
Garrett was asked if he got a favorable reaction from teammates.
‘They want to know what´s coming next as well,’ he said.
‘So I haven´t really heard too many people speak up on whether they liked my comments or not. Everyone´s kind of feeling the same way. But I´m not going to assume and I´ll have my answer at the end of the year.’
