It is not looking good for players on the Pittsburgh Steelers and Cleveland Browns for their Thursday night matchup.
Thursday Night Football in Week 12 is giving fans their first opportunity to possibly see frozen precipitation fall from the sky.
Based on current weather reports, that could change in the next 24 hours, there could be some combination of rain, snow, and a ton of wind at times during the game at Huntington Bank Field.
The National Weather Service in Cleveland says there is a 42 percent chance that snow will fall. There is a real chance that the Steelers and Browns could have some snow on the ground.

Steelers/Browns total has gone down even more since yesterday
Why?
The weather is forecasted to be worse than it was yesterday, notably the wind which is expected to be in the 20MPH range and a larger chance of precipitation to go along with that

If Huntington Bank Field continues to get snow throughout the game, it will produce sleet and make the field entirely slick. This could be a nasty game.
The National Weather Service predicts two inches to fall.
Thursday night will be rough for all kickers, punters, and quarterbacks.
The Steelers And Browns Are Headed Into Two Different Directions
Last year, both Pittsburgh and Cleveland qualified for the postseason even though they were both one and done.
In 2024, the two teams are headed in much different directions.
The Steelers are first in the AFC North with an 8-2 record, while the Browns’ record is flipped to 2-8, as they are dead last.
Pittsburgh is fighting for home-field advantage and a bye in the playoffs, while Cleveland is fighting for a high draft pick.
Russell Wilson has the Steelers rolling, and even when he didn’t play, Justin Fields had them playing well, too.
