The Atlanta Hawks are in the offseason, but they got some free publicity due to Kirk Cousins.
A new era for Atlanta Falcons football began this week with the start of training camp.
The biggest acquisition of their offseason was the addition of former Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins.
The Falcons were reporting to training camp on Wednesday, and Cousins decided to show up in style. He repped the new city with a classic Atlanta Hawks jersey.
Cousins could be seen rocking the jersey with some black shorts while having two suitcases with him.

In what would be his final year with the Minnesota Vikings, Kirk Cousins’ 2023 season was cut short due to an Achilles injury suffered in Week 8.
He is now fully healthy and making a ton of money with his new team.
According to ESPN, the Falcons signed the former Minnesota Vikings quarterback to a four-year, $180 million contract with a $50,000,000 signing bonus.
His move to the Falcons wasn’t without controversy, as was displayed in the NFL Draft.
Kirk Cousins Was Reportedly Given No Heads Up on Falcons Drafting Michael Penix Jr.
The Atlanta Falcons signed Kirk Cousins to a four-year, $180 million contract.
Given his age, he is clearly not going to be the future, and the team had to get younger.
Atlanta using its first-round pick on Michael Penix Jr. out of Washington was the story of the first round in April.
It was made even worse, as reports stated that Cousins had no idea the Falcons were going to take a quarterback that high, and it was a decision that left him “shocked” and “disappointed,” according to NFL Media.
