Daniel Jones is coming off a season-ending ACL injury as the New York Giants finished 6-11 last season.
The New York Giants opened training camp as him being the presumed starting quarterback.
If his performance so far in camp is any indication, the Giants may be in for a long year.
During one play in camp, Daniel Jones had a simple play where he was supposed to throw an easy pass to running back Devin Singletary.
He completely threw the ball over his head for an incompletion.

As you can see, Daniel Jones has been fully cleared for training camp and is the unquestioned starter.
Giants head coach Brian Daboll made that clear by stating that Jones would take all the first-team reps in camp.
Jones needs to be much better and much healthier this year than he was last year or the 2024 season could very well be his final one with the franchise.
New arrival Drew Lock is No. 2 on the depth chart, followed by Tommy DeVito, who became a fan favorite after Jones was injured in 2023.
New York Giants Quarterback Daniel Jones Needs To Have Good 2024 Season Or Else
New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones can’t wait to truly put the 2023 season behind him. He regressed terribly after taking a big step forward in 2022.
He is getting his chance right now as he is an unquestioned starter in training camp, but he needs to put in the work to keep the job.
This offseason, the Giants made no secret about their efforts to replace him, but he still managed to stay at the top of the depth chart for now.
Jones threw for just 909 yards and two touchdowns in 2023, per ESPN.
