The Los Angeles Dodgers may have taken a commanding 2-0 lead in the World Series, but all eyes are wondering what is going to happen with Shohei Ohtani.
Ohtani appeared to dislocate his shoulder at the bottom of the seventh inning on Saturday night, and he would exit the game.
Ohtani appeared to suffer the injury while attempting to steal second base.
Dodgers manager Dave Roberts told reporters after a 4-2 win over the New York Yankees that Ohtani “suffered a subluxation of his left shoulder,” per ESPN’s Alden González.
The situation was already bad, but it was made even worse when footage surfaced of New York Yankees fans appearing to cheer when Shohei Ohtani lay injured on the ground.
You mean to tell me the same fanbase that very openly & loudly cheered when Joel Embiid landed on his knee & went down is now doing the exact same thing when Ohtani went down?

This does not reflect all Yankees fans, but this particular group should be ashamed of themselves.
If you want to be the best, then you should want your team to beat one of the best teams in the league while everyone is healthy.
No one wants to see injuries, and Shohei Ohtani does not warrant that type of reaction.
Now, you’ll just have even more people pulling for the Dodgers to win the World Series.
What is Shohei Ohtani’s Status For Game 3 of The World Series?
Shohei Ohtani suffered a left shoulder injury during Game 2 of the World Series on a stolen base attempt. T
The Los Angeles Dodgers left Dodger Stadium with a 2-0 series lead over the New York Yankees.
However, it came at a cost as superstar Shohei Ohtani sustained a left shoulder injury as he attempted to steal second base in the bottom of the second inning in Game 2.
When it comes to his status for Game 3, Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said, “We’re going to get some tests at some point tonight, tomorrow, and then we’ll know more in the next couple days,” Roberts said. “But the strength was great. The range of motion, good. So we’re encouraged.”
