Well, then lucky for MLB that Swift, 34, and Kelce, 35, offers plenty of swoon-worthy moments while sitting in a private box above Yankee Stadium to watch the Yankees defeat the Guardians, 5-2.
The pair were spotted wrapping their arms around each other as they sipped beers with friends including comedian Jerrod Carmichael. At one point, Swift planted a kiss on Kelce’s cheek, according to social media footage found online. Holding hands, they sported hats and dark outfits — apparently trying to keep a low profile, even as Swift’s song “Welcome to New York” was played in the ballpark.
Swift and Kelce have been enjoying quality time together amid their respective work breaks. After Swift showed up at Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs game at Arrowhead Stadium on October 7, the tight end joined his girlfriend in New York City for a whirlwind weekend of dinner dates around town. On October 11, they met up with pals Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds at The Corner Store restaurant in SoHo. The following day, they were seen on a one-on-one date night at Torrisi restaurant in New York’s Nolita neighborhood.
Kelce will next take the field with the Chiefs on Sunday, October 20, when his team faces off against the San Francisco 49ers at Levi’s Stadium. Swift, however, won’t likely attend as she’ll be bringing her blockbuster Eras Tour to Miami that weekend. Following her Florida shows, the pop star will wind her way through New Orleans, Indianapolis and Toronto before ending the tour in Vancouver in December.
Last month, a source exclusively told Us Weekly that the duo “are very committed and serious about their future,” adding that Swift “is ready for the next era of her life. She knows it will be special.”
The insider added that Swift and Travis have been having “serious conversations” about their next steps, noting, “Taylor has expressed how excited she is to settle down after her tour concludes. They’re on the same page.”
