LSU sophomore cornerback Javien Toviano is in a ton of trouble after an intimate encounter with an unknown woman.
Javien Toviano turned himself into cops after he was accused of video voyeurism. The arrest report says Toviano allegedly used a hidden camera to record himself and his partner without her consent.
The victim reportedly told investigators that she found two videos on Toviano’s iPad. Those videos were recorded on July 5th and 6th. Police would investigate and later find three videos as they identified Toviano and the victim in the recordings.
The 19-year-old has not only been arrested but he has also been suspended from all team activities.

LSU released a statement on Toviano’s situation: “The student-athlete has been suspended from all team activities in accordance with departmental policies. We will not have further comment out of respect for the legal process.”
This is a major blow to Javien Toviano, who was one of the nation’s top defensive backs for the Class of 2023 and was rated five stars before he came to Baton Rouge.
He played both sides of the football in high school, helping his team to a 10-2 record and a second-round appearance in the state playoffs. As a senior, he was credited with racking up 38 tackles, two interceptions, and two forced fumbles.
On offense, he rushed 41 times for 415 yards and eight touchdowns, per LSU Sports.
