Travis and\u00a0Jason Kelce\u00a0have made an announcement about their \u2018New Heights\u2019\u00a0\u00a0podcast<\/span><\/a>\u00a0that fans will not like.<\/p>\n

The show has been very successful since its launch and is one of the best\u00a0\u00a0sports<\/span><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0podcasts<\/span><\/a>\u00a0out there. However, following this week\u2019s episode, it won\u2019t be back online for a few months.<\/p>\n

The brothers revealed on Wednesday that they will be stepping away from \u2018New Heights\u2019 for around two months so Travis can focus on the\u00a0\u00a0Kansas City Chiefs<\/span><\/a>\u00a0training camp.<\/p>\n

Given their three-peat ambitions, the Chiefs are expected to have a tough preseason, and it\u2019s going to be all business for them as they head into the 2024 season with the unprecedented feat in mind.<\/p>\n

\u201cAll that means to me is we\u2019ve got a nice couple months off from\u00a0\u00a0podcasting<\/span><\/a>,\u201d\u00a0<\/em>Jason explained (H\/T\u00a0Yahoo\u00a0\u00a0Sports<\/span><\/a>),\u00a0\u201cBecause I guess in three weeks\u2019 time, Travis will be in the middle of training camp, and let me tell you, not enough time to do a\u00a0\u00a0podcast<\/span><\/a>\u2014especially the best\u00a0\u00a0podcast<\/span><\/a>\u00a0in the world.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s going to be busy focusing on football, getting in shape for this upcoming season. So, we\u2019re going to be off for I think two months.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m down to pick it back up once we\u2019re done with training camp,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0Travis added.<\/p>\n

Jason Kelce Has His Own Thing Going On Too<\/h2>\n

Jason Kelce retired from football this year after 13 seasons with the\u00a0\u00a0Philadelphia Eagles<\/span><\/a>, but he will have plenty going on, as he has joined ESPN for \u2018Monday Night Football\u2019 coverage.<\/p>\n

The gig will not prevent him from shooting the podcast, though, as he\u2019s still permitted to run it despite his deal with The Worldwide Leader in\u00a0\u00a0Sports<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n
