Stephen A Smith is undoubtedly one of, if not the most recognized, figures in sports media. Because of the many views and interest he receives from fans, he gets paid like it, too, currently making $12 million a year with ESPN.<\/p>\n

However, he isn\u2019t satisfied with that money and has gone to extreme lengths to argue why he deserves more. He recently compared himself to star quarterback\u00a0Dak Prescott<\/a>\u00a0of the\u00a0Dallas Cowboys<\/a>\u00a0during an interview with CNN.<\/p>\n

\u201cDak Prescott just signed a contract for $240 million, he\u2019s making $60 million a year,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0Smith said.\u00a0\u201cI\u2019ve been No. 1 for 12 (years), I\u2019m sorry, in our respective industries, I win. I\u2019m fully aware of what I\u2019m worth, and I will never apologize for that to anybody.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
