A well-known NFL analyst and former ESPN personality thinks he knows the reason behind\u00a0Travis Kelce<\/a>\u2019s surprisingly slow start with the\u00a0Kansas City Chiefs<\/a>.<\/p>\n The defending Super Bowl champions are off to a perfect 3-0 start, having won three straight nail-biters that came down to the wire. But Kelce has hardly been a factor in the Chiefs\u2019 strong start, with only eight receptions for 69 yards and no touchdowns.<\/p>\n Currently, Kelce is on pace for under 400 yards receiving. His \u201cworst\u201d statistical season since becoming a full-time starter came in 2014, when Kelce still produced a stellar 67-862-5 stat line.<\/p>\n During an appearance on \u201cThe Ryen Russillo Podcast\u201d, former ESPN\u00a0NFL Draft<\/a>\u00a0analyst Todd McShay suggested that Travis Kelce is\u00a0off to a slow start<\/a>\u00a0because the All-Pro tight end is \u201cout of shape\u201d and partied way too much during the offseason:<\/p>\n \u201cEvery show I watch, every pregame show, halftime show, postgame show, weekday show, every broadcast I watch for the last few weeks, it\u2019s like are we not allowed to say that he\u2019s out of shape, that he\u2019s been partying all offseason?
