\u201cHe\u2019s here,\u201d\u00a0<\/em>she told said network\u2019s \u2018We Need To Talk<\/a>.\u2019\u00a0\u201cSeven pounds, eight ounces.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Brittney added she is thrilled to be a\u00a0\u201cpops.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
