Like, actually, how?\u201d<\/em>\u00a0Well, coming to their defense was Chiefs Heiress Tavia Hunt, who shared\u00a0<a class=\"es-hyperlink-new\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/stories\/taviahunt\/3463224708310999364?igsh=OWk4azd5Ympuanht\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">an Instagram story hitting back against those allegations<\/a>. She said,\u00a0<em>\u201cI don\u2019t want to hear any whining about the officiating with the Bryan Cook missed PI. Yes, they got it wrong, just like how they incorrectly penalized Trent McDuffie with PI for the second week in a row.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<div id=\"scroll-2\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"dom-traversal_domPTag__RMrin\">Going back to the incident that got the NFL talking about the Chiefs getting an unfair advantage. It was the fourth quarter when the Falcons QB\u00a0<strong>Kirk Cousins<\/strong>\u00a0lofted a pass towards TE\u00a0<strong>Kyle Pitts<\/strong>\u00a0in the end zone. Before the pass could have been caught, replays showed that the Chiefs\u2019 safety,\u00a0<strong>Bryan Cook,<\/strong>\u00a0went for a tackle that wasn\u2019t given a defensive pass interference.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dom-traversal_domPTag__RMrin\">This led many to express their opinion about the referee\u2019s call,\u00a0<em>\u201cShould have been PI on Cook on the Pitts target.\u201d\u00a0<\/em>While others called out the NFL for being biased towards the reigning Super Bowl champions,\u00a0<em>\u201cNFL no PI!? C\u2019mon now. Y\u2019all are allowed to call flags on the Chiefs, ridiculous.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"reaction-section_article-container-border-wrap__4i5CH engagement-wrap\">\n<section class=\"reaction-section_article-container__kLfad\">\n<div>\n<div id=\"lottie-div\" class=\"jsx-661351751\">\n<div class=\"jsx-661351751 container\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"new-heading_heading-container__K1E3x\" data-content=\"What\u2019s your reaction?\">\n<div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"dom-traversal_domPTag__RMrin\">However, this call didn\u2019t help Kansas City offense, who went three-and-out on the next drive. The away team was on the receiving end of a number of questionable referring calls, including a roughing the passer call (15-yard penalty, automatic first down) on Chris Jones that erased the Falcons\u2019 three-and-out. The home team went on to score a touchdown on that drive. Yeah, we got fortunate that they threw the flag on that 4th and 16. At the end of the day, you can\u2019t put it in the ref\u2019s hands that late in the game. If you\u2019re gonna put it in the ref\u2019s hands, you\u2019re playing with fire.\u201d\u00a0<\/em>Even the fans remembered that controversial call last Sunday when the Chiefs managed to get another this weekend.\u00a0<em>\u201cBengals CB plays the b\u2014 and gets called for PI. Chiefs commit textbook PI(head turned, early contact, not playing the b\u2014), no flag.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"dom-traversal_domPTag__RMrin\">Although there\u2019s no denying that the\u00a0<a class=\"es-hyperlink-new\" href=\"https:\/\/www.essentiallysports.com\/category\/nfl\/kansas-city-chiefs\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Chiefs<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0got a bit lucky for the second game in a row, it doesn\u2019t take away the win they had in Atlanta. As Mahomes led the Chiefs to their third victory of the season.
