Taylor Swift has given truck drivers incredible six-figure bonus as tour kicks off in UK\"Taylor<\/p>\n

Truck drivers are essential for Swift to swiftly take the Eras tour on the road<\/p>\n

Liverpool has been transformed into \u2018Taylor Town\u2019 as a horde of ravenous Swifties descend on the city to witness their idol\u2019s concerts and soak up the atmosphere.<\/p>\n

Taylor Swift\u00a0last night performed her first gig in Liverpool at Anfield, and she\u2019s got two more shows on the way in the next couple of days.<\/p>\n

Not every seat in the stadium is great, but that hasn\u2019t stopped the Swifties from having a great time and Swift acknowledging everyone who showed up.<\/p>\n

With that in mind it\u2019s useful to remember the small army of people involved with getting the Eras tour on road and making sure everything is where it ought to be.<\/p>\n

Drone footage outside Anfield showed rows of trucks that carry all the equipment Swift needs to set up her stage and the amount is staggering.<\/p>\n

Of course, it seems like it\u2019s pretty good work if you can get it, and truck drivers tasked with carting the\u00a0Eras tour\u00a0around Europe might be hoping they\u2019re in line for rewards similar to those received by other truckers who\u2019ve worked for Swift.<\/p>\n

Last year, it turned out that Swift had given all of the truckers who ferried her show from place to place in the US a stonkingly\u00a0huge bonus.<\/p>\n

If you were a truck driver for the Eras tour then you were in line for a $100,000 (\u00a379,000) bonus as a \u2018thank you\u2019 for guaranteeing that the show would go on.<\/p>\n

There were a total of 50 drivers involved in the US leg of the tour, and it sounds like other bonuses were paid out to the rest of the crew.<\/p>\n

And Swift can afford to be generous as in the US alone her shows have brought in about $1 billion (\u00a3783 million) in revenues alone.<\/p>\n

Swift certainly had reason to thank her security as they\u2019ve been pretty responsive to\u00a0her mid-song requests to get help for various members of the audience\u00a0that need it.<\/p>\n

Last night (13 June) Swift explained to her fans\u00a0a system she\u2019s got with security for communicating\u00a0how a situation with a stricken fan is going.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe got help. So when you see that there\u2019s like, one of our guys has them, you see that green there? That means they have got to them, which is good,\u201d she told her Anfield audience.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re ever at a Taylor Swift concert and see a member of security holding up a green glowstick it means they\u2019ve reached the person who\u2019s been spotted as needing a helping hand.<\/p>\n
