Blake Shelton<\/a>\u00a0admires the way\u00a0Taylor Swift<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Travis Kelce<\/a>\u00a0have handled the public nature of their relationship.<\/p>\n In a\u00a0new interview on\u00a0The Pat McAfee Show<\/em><\/a>, the 48-year-old country star praised Kelce, 34, for his “big personality” and expressed admiration for him and Swift, 34, “putting it out there in everybody’s face”\u00a0\u2014 similarly to how he and wife\u00a0Gwen Stefani<\/a>\u00a0approached their romance.<\/p>\n Shelton spoke about feeling like Kelce and Swift are a good pair because the Kansas City Chiefs tight end doesn’t live in the shadow of the “Karma” singer’s fame.<\/p>\n “He\u2019s a standout no matter where he is or what he\u2019s doing. He\u2019s just got this big personality. He\u2019s a funny guy,” said the musician. “He walks into the room, and he has a presence there, so there\u2019s never going to be that moment where he\u2019s in the shadows anyway just because of his charisma and his personality anyway.”<\/p>\n The “God’s Country” performer added of Kelce, “He just kind of owns the moment, whatever that is, whether it\u2019s that picture you just had up there at one of her shows, you know? He\u2019s just willing to go there. I love his personality. He\u2019s a ton of fun \u2014 his brother too. I\u2019m a fan of both of theirs.”<\/p>\n Looking to Swift and Kelce’s future, Shelton expressed that he believes they could be together for the long run. “I do, and the fact that they\u2019re both just kind of putting it out there in everybody\u2019s face. There\u2019s no sneaking around, or trying to tamp things down or keep it on the down low,” he said.<\/p>\n “I think when you\u2019re willing to just come out and just kind of put it in everybody\u2019s face that you\u2019re together and you\u2019re owning it \u2014\u00a0that\u2019s what Gwen and I did,” continued Shelton, who first met Stefani on\u00a0The Voice<\/em>\u00a0in 2014 and tied the knot in 2021.<\/p>\n In July, Shelton and the “Hollaback Girl” singer, 54, celebrated their third wedding anniversary. At the time, he shared a selfie with his wife\u00a0to Instagram<\/a>\u00a0and wrote in the caption, “Happy anniversary\u00a0@gwenstefani<\/a>!
