I\u2019ll start with that. The real reason why I believe this is Shad Khan is a hands off owner. I don\u2019t think he\u2019s gonna get spooked like Atlanta did when Bill Belichick comes in and goes \u2018I want to run the organization like this. I want to have GM powers. I want to be able to hire my own coordinators. I want to be able to decide the direction of this franchise.\u2019 I don\u2019t think (Khan) is gonna get spooked by that,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0he continued.<\/p>\n<p>The Jaguars\u2019 start to the season is looking pretty bad. They are 0-2, with losses to the Browns and Dolphins. Furthermore, if it worsens, it makes sense for the team to move on from Doug Pederson and focus on Belichick.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-bill-belichick-wasn-t-very-successful-as-a-hc-outside-of-new-england\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bill Belichick Wasn\u2019t very Successful As A HC Outside Of New England<\/h2>\n<p>Of course, before becoming the head coach of the Patriots, Bill spent five years at the helm of the\u00a0<a class=\"mai-link-injected\" href=\"https:\/\/www.totalprosports.com\/nfl\/cleveland-browns\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cleveland Browns<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In those five years, he accumulated a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/coaches\/BeliBi0.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">36-44 record<\/a>.
