Taylor Swift can\u2019t help herself when it comes to a Kansas City Chiefs victory.<\/p>\n

Swift, 34, was spotted jumping up and down after Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker nailed a game-winning field goal on Sunday, September 15, giving Kansas City a 26-25 victory over Joe Burrow the Cincinnati Bengals.<\/p>\n

From high atop her suite at Kansas City\u2019s Arrowhead Stadium, Swift was shown on CBS hugging her fellow Chiefs fans as boyfriend Travis Kelce and his squad improved to 2-0.<\/p>\n

Butker, of course, raised eyebrows this offseason with a controversial commencement address at Benedictine College in which he called on women to embrace the role of \u201chomemaker\u201d and equated Pride Month to \u201cdeadly sin.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Grammy winner and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end began dating during summer 2023. That September, Swift started attending Chiefs games, sitting with the athlete\u2019s mother, Donna Kelce, for the first time on October 1, 2024. That same [\u2026]<\/p>\n

During his speech in May, Butker, 29 even made direct reference to Swift and her relationship with Kelce, also 34.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs my teammate\u2019s girlfriend says, \u2018familiarity breeds contempt,\u2019\u201d Butker said, referencing a lyric from Swift\u2019s song \u201cBejeweled\u201d from her 2022 album Midnights.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor the ladies present today, congratulations on an amazing accomplishment,\u201d Butker went on to say. \u201cI want to speak directly to you briefly because I think it is you, the women, who have had the most diabolical lies told to you.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Chiefs kicker continued, \u201cSome of you may go on to lead successful careers in the world, but I would venture to guess that the majority of you are most excited about your marriage and the children you will bring into this world.\u201d<\/p>\n

Swift never directly responded to the comments made by Butker, who signed a four-year, $26.5 million contract extension with Kansas City in August, becoming the highest-paid kicker in the National Football League.<\/p>\n

Kelce addressed Butker\u2019s remarks during an episode of his podcast \u201cNew Heights\u201d shortly after his speech made waves, saying \u201cI cherish him as a teammate.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen it comes down to his views and what he said at the commencement speech, you know, those are his,\u201d Kelce told brother Jason Kelce. \u201cI can\u2019t say I agree with the majority of it \u2014 or just about any of it \u2014 outside of just him loving his family or his kids. I don\u2019t think I should judge him by his views, especially his religious views of how he goes about life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Earlier in Sunday\u2019s game, Swift was shown on camera reacting to Kelce coming up a yard short of a touchdown in the third quarter.<\/p>\n

\u201cOh my God, Travis!\u201d Swift screamed. \u201cOh my God! Oh my God!\u201d<\/p>\n

CBS play-by-play analyst Jim Nantz had fun with the situation after Swift was spotted on the broadcast. \u201cSomeone wanted a touchdown! Someone wanted to see six after she got seven Wednesday night at the VMAs!,\u201d Nantz said, referencing Swift\u2019s haul of seven MTV Video Music Awards on Wednesday, September 11.<\/p>\n

The Kansas City Chiefs return to action Sunday, September 22 when they travel to Atlanta to take on the Falcons.<\/p>\n
