Musk\u2019s comments came after a viral Instagram post by American singer Taylor Swift, in which she said that the use of an AI-generated image of herself to imply that she supported former President Donald Trump had worried her.<\/p>\n
Next, the singer announced that she would vote for Vice President Kamala Harris and called on fans to register to vote in the US presidential election this November.<\/p>\n

At the end of the post, she signed it \u201cChildless Cat Lady,\u201d referring to Republican vice presidential candidate JD Vance\u2019s controversial statement that the Democratic Party is full of childless cat ladies.<\/p>\n
The post, posted after\u00a0the first debate\u00a0between Mr Trump and Ms Harris, received millions of likes in just a few hours.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s not yet clear how the endorsement of Taylor Swift, a hugely influential star with a huge fan base, will impact the election.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Musk, who recently\u00a0interviewed\u00a0Trump, has also been viewed millions of times. During the debate between Trump and Harris, Musk retweeted several anti-Harris posts.<\/p>\n
He seemed to enjoy the controversy surrounding his post and Taylor Swift\u2019s. \u201cOh my gosh, now the Elon vs Taylor Swift vote is actually happening,\u201d he jokingly wrote in a comment. He\u00a0eventually conceded defeat and announced that he would give the singer a child.<\/b><\/p>\n
