Fans were shocked as the Pro Football Hall of Famer\u2019s Instagram account broadcast a video where he clearly could be heard having sex.<\/p>\n<p>The names\u2019 Shannon\u2019 and \u2018Michelle\u2019 were heard in the video, although he would later claim to have been hacked.<\/p>\n<p>Eventually, he had to fess up.<\/p>\n<p>Shannon Sharpe admitted it was him in the controversial Instagram live video where viewers could hear what appeared to be a sex act in progress.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was me being a healthy, active male,\u201d Sharpe said in an episode of \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@nightcapshow_\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nightcap,<\/a>\u201d a podcast he co-hosts with\u00a0<a class=\"mai-link-injected\" href=\"https:\/\/www.totalprosports.com\/tag\/chad-johnson\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chad Johnson<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Sharpe added he was\u00a0<em>\u201cextremely embarrassed.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>He added he didn\u2019t know about the incident until someone from his marketing team notified him that he was live and that people could hear sex noises.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cMy heart sank,\u201d Sharpe said in the Nightcap podcast. \u201cIt dropped\u2026 Then after, I called my agent, the agency. I called ESPN\u2026 I just got to tell them the truth.
