No, we got the video. Having said that, more than one thing can be true. If Tyreek Hill rolls down his window, he might have diminished the chances of that happening. I say might because when you\u2019re \u2018driving while black,\u2019 you don\u2019t have to provoke police to get dragged out of your car. So, he might have gotten dragged out anyway.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div id=\"incontent-ad-1\" class=\"pw-incontent\" data-label=\"Advertisement\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"pw-ad-scroll-container pw-clearfix\" data-pw-in-article=\"true\">\n<div class=\"pw-ad-container-logo\">\n<p>Miami-Dade County police on Tuesday identified one cop during the incident and placed him on leave after Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill was detained over allegations of careless driving and failure to wear a seat belt.<\/p>\n<section class=\"wp-block-group check-this-out has-xs-padding-top has-sm-padding-bottom\" data-content-name=\"Check This Out\" data-track-content=\"\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-8 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex has-xl-margin-bottom\">\n<p>Danny Torres, a 27-year veteran, has been taken off the streets and placed on administrative duty amid the ongoing investigation.<\/p>\n<p>The Dolphins have described the officers\u2019 actions, calling it \u201cdespicable behavior\u201d and a use of \u201cmisguided power.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-tyreek-hill-was-cited-for-careless-driving-following-incident\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tyreek Hill Was Cited For Careless Driving Following Incident<\/h2>\n<p>Tyreek Hill was cited for careless driving and a seat belt violation during his traffic stop before Sunday\u2019s game against the\u00a0<a class=\"mai-link-injected\" href=\"https:\/\/www.totalprosports.com\/nfl\/jacksonville-jaguars\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jacksonville Jaguars<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Copies of the tickets showed that Hill was accused of the violations, which carry penalties of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">$179 for careless driving<\/a>\u00a0and $129 for failing to wear a seat belt, per NBC News.<\/p>\n<p>The Miami-Dade Police Department released the citations and bodycam footage showing the intense moment the\u00a0<a class=\"mai-link-injected\" href=\"https:\/\/www.totalprosports.com\/nfl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NFL<\/a>\u00a0wideout was pulled over.<\/p>\n<p>Police said Hill was driving at a \u201cvisual estimation (of) 60 mph\u201d in a 40 mph zone with no seat belt as he drove his black 2018 McLaren on westbound Northwest 199 Street.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Michael Wilbon is now giving his perspective on what he saw and thought about\u00a0Tyreek Hill\u00a0being dragged from his car, arrested, and eventually let go before Week One.
