Newly released body camera footage of the detainment of\u00a0Miami Dolphins<\/a>\u00a0receiver\u00a0Tyreek Hill<\/a>\u00a0shows Miami-Dade police officers doing and saying a number of things that have shocked millions.<\/p>\n The body cam video of Hill\u2019s detainment Sunday morning outside of Hard Rock Stadium before the Dolphins\u2019 season opener for the 2024 season was revealed on Monday night after cell phones caught him on the ground and being placed in handcuffs.<\/p>\n Hill was briefly handcuffed after he was stopped for a driving violation.<\/p>\n The star wide receiver had reportedly upset the cops by refusing to roll his window all the way down for them.<\/p>\n Once he wouldn\u2019t comply, they ordered him to get out and promptly grabbed his arms and head and slammed him to the ground.<\/p>\n More recently released video and audio show Tyreek Hill conversing with the cops as he sat on the curb.<\/p>\n At one point during the detainment, Tyreek Hill brought out the race card when he said,\u00a0\u201cI\u2019m just being a black man, that\u2019s it. I\u2019m just being black in America bro, that\u2019s all it is.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n One cop wasn\u2019t having it and responded with,\u00a0\u201cWe\u2019re dark too, brother. We\u2019re people of color too, don\u2019t play like that\u2019s special.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Tyreek Hill: \u201cI\u2019m just being a black man, that\u2019s it. I\u2019m just being black in America bro, that\u2019s all it is.\u201d<\/p>\n Police Officer: \u201cWe\u2019re dark too brother.
